Pricing & Availability

This wine list is subject to stock available and prices are subject to continual change and revision due to duty, foreign exchange and market fluctuations. Prices shown on the website at the time of ordering is the price of sale, no other price or price list remains. If an item is out of stock, we will do our best to contact you to arrange a substitute or a refund, if we cannot contact you, we will refund. Goods supplied remain D’Urberville Vineyard’s property until payment has been received. Please check prices at the time of order.

Ordering

The quickest and easiest way to order is through our website, payment is taken via various means. Items must be paid for before shipping unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts; this will be 8% above the bank interest rate at the time. Delivery may be delayed or stopped if payment isn’t received within the requested timeframe agreed

By placing an order with us you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to not deliver if we are unsure of this.

Queries or Complaints

Cancellation of Orders

You have a 14-working-day right of withdrawal from distance selling contracts. If you wish to cancel, please notify us by email to bpfarms@hotmail.com. Please note that an administrative charge may be made to cover the cost of collecting goods in the event of a cancelled order that has already been delivered.
